Hello! I have a problem with a website where helix3 and helixultimate are installed for the featured image. i cannot upload the image in the blog options, only in the helix3 blog option. What can i do ? Thanks. marie

Hi there!

Helix Ultimate and Helix3 are two different frameworks from us. Please do not keep both frameworks at the same time on your site, as they are different in so many areas hence may cause conflict.

Kindly keep templates from a Framework and remove all the instances from the other framework.

Hello We use Shaper-gazette template. So I turn off helix3 component and plugin. But I still cannot upload the featured image with "blog options"... More help ? Yhanks Marie
