Helix3 Blog Featured Image Not Loading

HI, I get stuck on article Helix3 Blog options tab in articles. I try to add featured image and the image does not load and it just gets stuck on "spinning", but nothing happens. I cannot add a featured image from this tab.
Joomla 3.10.11. and SP Page Builder pro 4.0.10.

What can I do?

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. The Helix3 - Ajax plugin was disabled and now it has been enabled. Please check now.
