Hi Fabiana,

It's not always a easy process. Have you read about that on Joomla.org ?

Read & Watch:

For sure:

  1. Make full website backup
  2. Update template to Joomla 4 ready version
  3. Update ALL (I really mean all extenions) to last versions
  4. Prey or hire somebody
