Recaptcha on optin form doesn't work

Hi,
on my under construction site webhostingservice.it, inside the footer, the optin form module's recaptcha doesn't work: nor with the v2 neither with the v3.
Could you please help me?
I'm sending below the accesses to the site.

Because I was using the V3 recaptcha.
Now I have used the V2 recaptcha but it still doesn't work: when I try to send an email I still receive the "invalid keys" message. No matter what recaptcha I insert inside the Joomla plugin - V2, invisible V2 or invisible V3 - , I always receive the same "invalid keys message".
