Recaptcha On Optin Form Doesn't Work

Hi, on my under construction site webhostingservice.it, inside the footer, the optin form module's recaptcha doesn't work: nor with the v2 neither with the v3. Could you please help me? I'm sending below the accesses to the site. Thanks in advance for the support. Best regards.

Accepted AnswerBecause I was using the V3 recaptcha. Now I have used the V2 recaptcha but it still doesn't work: when I try to send an email I still receive the "invalid keys" message. No matter what recaptcha I insert inside the Joomla plugin - V2, invisible V2 or invisible V3 - , I always receive the same "invalid keys message".
