I use SP Page Builder Pro and everything seems to work properly except the optin form block On my page : https://gilletgeoffrey.com/index.php/formation-a-l-i-g-n-e-r i have a form but when clicking the button to submit the form I have a message "Some problem occurred, please try again"

I've setup the Joomla Plugin captcha with the site key and the secret key - On my joomla site Global configuration i've choosen CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA as Default Captcha

I try to use this form without Captcha but it's the same problem

Form is connected to my Sendinblue with the right list ID

Please help me to fix that problem because one of the reason i've bought this component is for not using html bloc to integrate Sendinblue forms html code on my site PS : Mail configuration is ok (i ask to receive the email to test parameters) Thank you Geoffrey
