Form Builder Doesn't Work, Drops Error

Hello,
I setup form builder - as far as I can see correctly. But if a user fills out the form and wants to send the message, the error message raises: "Email sent failed, fill required field and try again!" https://prnt.sc/jcpsJP1S4fgf
But I don't know, why.
Checked out the forum entries, but haven't found an answer.

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. I have created a test article with a single menu which is disabled. Please enable & check it works fine.

Accepted AnswerI did and worked ... since I made it a J2store product. It stoped working and I git the error message. When I switch it back, it works fine again. So, Form Builder in not compatible with J2store product.
