Finion -> Editing Finatic Services

Hi Joomshaper team,

I have the following issue: I have "Finion" Quick Start with Joomla 4 freshly installed. I want to replace an image in the addon "Finatic Services" on HOME and the page is broken. When I write the old image path back into the field, the page doesn't go either. But if I undo the two operations, it works again. What to do here?

I am glad about your help and an answer. Thank you! Best regards Edi

You are welcome 😊

I have checked the issue. I have checked with your site backup. This issue does not happen on my localhost. Please talk to your hosting support. It happens with Casseopeia template too. It is probably not our issue.

Hi, there's another issue: I can't upload images in the articles -> "Blog Media". And there is no editor to select images from the server folders, just an upload-button. Can you help? Thanks!!! Edi

Hi Ofi, hi Joomshaper team,

thank you for the quick fix of the error in the page builder -> Add-On "Finatic Services". It works now to exchange the images, great!

Unfortunately, the second error is not yet fixed: I still can't upload images in the "Blog Media" tab in the articles. I would like to ask you to check here again what the reason is and fix the error. Thanks a lot!

Best regards Edi

Hello Ofi, hello Joomshaper team,

thanks for your research and info on the problem. Now I found the error: The PHP setting memory_limit was set to -1 by the hoster (Ionos). I have now set this setting to 256M via a newly created php.ini in the "administrator" folder ("memory_limit = 256M"). Now I can load images into the blog articles.

Maybe this information will help other users who host their sites at Ionos.

Best regards! edi
