Helix Ultimate Sticky Menu And Sticky Header So Remains On Scroll

In layout i have created fluid HEADER and applied (ticked) sticky I want the menu which has its own layout (full 12) to also be sticky / remain at top on scroll...is this possible?

Do not use the name space of positions in the names of your sections. This creates ID duplication, which is unacceptable on one page. Rename the section.

After renaming the section it will be possible. Draw a schematic picture or take a screenshot how you want it to be when scrolling.
