I can load the preset layouts, but they are not formatted correctly.

The general issue is that things are shifted to the left side. If there is a large image or carousel at the top, the first row looks fine. But everything below that point is shifted to the left. You can see the private link for an example.

Scroll down and notice how the "What We Do" section and everything below is squeezed to the left.
