We've been using the countdown addon successfully on the site for the last few months. Now all of a sudden the days, minutes, seconds are exactly 24 hours off. In the back end, they show perfectly, but on the front of the site they are exactly 1 day too early. Makes no sense that I can think of.
We've 3 of them at https://primefantasysports.com/
FYI, I've added 24 hours onto each of them, so they show correctly on the front at least. For Now, but would like to figure why they are doing that
Hello Matt Hunt
Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.
Best regards
Thank you, here are the credentials. Just realized that the three that were on there have runnout. There are some saved in the backend, but not published that you can experiment with.
Your site time zone was set to New York. I have set it to Universal Time. It shows correct time now.
