Offline Login Page Not Showing

The offline frontend of my new Joomla website is not permitting access to a login tool. Instead, I have Wordpress anomaly. I have continued to find a solution to no avail. My host has not been able to identify the problem. Interestingly I just keyedinto my browserthen keyed byfordspeech.com/ and got a different result namely the Wordpress anomaly.
