No Login Page When Site Offline

On site with federal template: https://detektyw24.uk/ there is no login form when site is offline. When I switch to "Cassiopeia" template, then I can see login and password prompt so it should be template-dependent

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

well, the problem is, no login field appears when the site is in the 'site offline' setting. This is a standard Joomla functionality, that now doesn't work. Switching to the default joomla template, will show a login form page, while the site is in the offline setting. When te Maxora template is in use, it diesn't show. So it's an issue with the Maxora template.

Please share your options.xml file with me. Before that, check whether your login is enabled by going to: System → Site Template Styles → Template Options → Basic → Coming Soon.

Thanks

Same here with Arino Quickstart package, but they claim there is no problem, even with screenshots and access to the admin area to test...

I figured something out for those who want to try. I backed up the template's offline.php file to my desktop from the server. Then deleted it from the server. The login form now works in offline mode. Not sure if there's a better fix, but given the time I've wasted and the time to get a reply, it's worth a try.

In my case, the login page (while in offline mode) is working again, but not as before, now there is a countdown timer instead of my company logo (i can lie with the workaround for now however, because it's not a site in production for now)

In your system -> site template style -> your_template -> template options -> basic -> comingsoon try adding your logo here, If its not wok, Please, create separate post and provide a Akeeba backup file.

Thanks
