Within Backend Editor Advanced Slideshow/Slider Item/Slider Content Pops Up A Box With No Content Or Options

Hello,
I am trying to edit the existing slideshow add-on in the Finion template. I can see the slider items but the overlaying text (the slider content) doesn't show within the backend editor. I can delete the slider content but I cannot edit it.
Also if I try to upload a new slider item I get a error "Request failed with staus code 500"
Is this maybe a dir/file permissions issue? I am building the site using Xampp on my local box.

Accepted AnswerWhy do you need a copy of the page? Please tell me where to edit it so I know how to do it. I can't find it in sp page bulider and in modules too. Show me where it is.

Please go to the Contact Us menu item and change the Background Image in the Page Title tab.
