Incomplete Template Install After Upgrading From J3 To J4

After updating thiswebsite from J3 to J4 I get a permanent 'Notifications' error suggesting the Joomla version is 'unknown' also showing a similar comment regarding extensions.

I atempted to fix the issue, this worked correctly once only, then the error returned.

about:

  1. This is sort of Joomla 4.3 issue, and happends from time to time - check similar topics on forum.joomla.org . I only hope in Joomla 5 it would work better.
  2. Update used extensions: AcyMaling, 3 x from RSJoomla and our SPPB Pro 5.0x
