Error After Updateing Php Version To 8.2 (Newsberg Template)

Hello Joomshaper support team.. I installed newsberg template full package, I installed the website, made update joomla to 4.3.4 also I updated template, sppagebuilder to the last version ,,

But after I updating php version to 8.2 the result appeared this error (localhost): ..com_sppagebuilder\parser./../helpers/helper.php

after uplading on the host: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

There are any solution for this issue, the template is perfect, but we need it on php 8.2 for more secure !!

Sorry to say that the Newsberg template is not compatible with PHP 8.2 yet. We will update soon, no worries!

Please try with PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0 for now and let me know if everything is okay or not.

I have quesion about that,,

If I used newsberg template on php 7.4 for some time .. Its possible and easy to convert to php 8.2 after update !!

I don't understand how you aren't ashamed that so many of us have been asking for an important update for many months. And you are unable to create a schedule of changes and updates and work according to it. Newsberg should now be compatible with J 5 and PHP 8 in the highest version. We pay more and more for membership, and security patches and updates are increasingly slow. ;-(

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

The Newsberg template is compatible with Joomla 4 since 2021.

Yes, PHP compatibility is delaying for it, really sorry about that. However, we are working for higher PHP support and Joomla 5 for our Helix Ultimate based templates, and you will find many of them already got both from here:
