- Not a joke, but read our Support Policy 8.9
- Probably there is conflict between those two compontents at some level somehow. But our component works with many others, should I share a long list, I guess no.
- You can always enable showing errors & debug and then check what system will show you. Maybe it's a just a single plugin problem.

Some IT facts:
CMS is not OS, all this can happen. On your laptop you can install Photoshop, Gimp, Pixlr and Corel PaintShop - but each operates on a separate environment (sandbox). In Joomla or WordPress all is connected in one CMS engine. So blaming us for everything is out of place. I think you get it why.
