SP Page Builder Content Being Restricted By Template Container

Hello

I am using SPPB in my website using an "older" Joomshaper template called Maxima. When creating a new Row I wanted to have a background color for the row, but usually the color (image, gradient etc) would be full width and the content within would be subject to the container width. In this case, everything is being closed inside the template container..even my background color settings. HEre is the example:https://heatingandcoolingservice.com/component/sppagebuilder/page/1

The row with orange background (...specials!) ..as you can see, the entire row is being closed in the template container. Is there any customization I can use so my SP content will override the template container and work independently? Thanks

Are you talking about this portion? What do you want actually? Do you want it full width?

I want the background color to be full width...like it's supposed to be in SPPB. The template .container declaration is keeping it from doing so. This is my template setting: https://prnt.sc/5Z39blSfr9Oy

Did you try fluid row option? Please enable it.

fluid row setting doesn't affect the background image/color, only the content within the row. I need help removing the template container so the background color is full width.

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

If you bound the container width in the template settings, then SPPB settings will not override it as SPPB works within the component area. Outside the component area is under template's control.

One thing you can do is, you may left your template as fulwidth and then you can choose from SPPB sections that if you want that specific row as fulwidth or not. But as I can see you are using a really old template here, based on Helix V2, which is not supported anymore. This template doesn't have fullwidth option I think.

CSS customization can be done by playing with negative margin of that section, but maybe it won't be perfect for responsiveness of the website.

After setting negative margin you can play with the container width of the specific section if needed:

Hope you understand.

Best Regards

Ok I see. Is there a way to assign the SPPB pages to a different template row? (outside of component area).
