Thumb Slider. Tag Filtration

SP Page Builder 2 years ago

Hello.

  1. I created a tag in the Tags component.
  2. I have added this tag to several articles.
  3. I specified this tag in the settings of the Thumb Slider addon. But now instead of slides I see "No item found!". If I remove the tag from the Thumb Slider settings, then everything is fine. I tried different Thumb Slider settings, I tried updating SP Page Builder from 4.0.11 to 5.0.10 but it didn't help. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like there is a problem with the addon. I will talk to the developer and will let you know by tomorrow.

Hello. Thank you.

What exactly did you do? What files, database tables or settings did you change? I need to know this in order to make changes to my live site.

You worked with a copy of the site. This was done on purpose. I need to be sure that the production site will not suffer as a result of the “experiments”.
