Posting again since my first post on this has been ignored for over a month.

On mobile, the off-canvas menu is not showing the sub-items. Some of the main items are their own page, but others just have other items under them and don't open anything up when selected.

I have tried putting in some recommended CSS overrides from other posts but those don't seem change this issue.

Yes, I have checked https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#mobile-offcanvas-menu-items-are-not-active It had no effect as far as I could see. The off-canvas menu shows up it just doesn't show the hierarchy or allow the user to click on some of the menu items.

My main menu has also now disappeared and the burger menu is still not working.

Please help as the site is currently unusable.
