It might be caused by a template options mismatch. However, on our latest template, it works as expected.

I’ve applied custom code to fix the issue for you.

Thanks!

Hello,

It looks like your Offcanvas menu is currently assigned to the Main Menu, where the “Members” section has no submenu. Additionally, this menu includes a login option, which is why you’re seeing it on mobile.

To resolve this, please create a separate menu and assign it specifically to the Offcanvas menu. This will ensure it works as expected.

On desktop, you’re using a Mega Menu, possibly through a module or another method, which won’t function the same way in the Offcanvas menu.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

Best regards,

Thanks for the help so far!

I have recreated the menu as Off-canvas Menu and put that into the off-canvas menu, but I am still not seeing the heirarchy of links show up, only the menu headings show up with no links. For example, under Aikido, there is another menu heading Lineage of Aikido that doesn't show up, and then under that a lot of links to pages.

Is there a way to show all of these in the OC menu? The off-canvas module is set to show all levels.
