How Would I Change The Footer Content And Header Content On A Template?

So I am using the themis template and I could not figure out how to change the footer or header content. How would I go about changing this info from the template?

Thanks for your query!

They are menu and some modules can be found within Extensions>Modules. Would you please give me screenshot with indication what you want to change if you can not find them yet?
