Header And Footer Of The Template

i want to customer header and footer of the template. i have seen mega deal2 quickstart template has customized header and footer which does not come with megadeal 2 blank template.
please let me know how to do that. (im not asking editing pages in sp pagebuilder.. that part i followed)
i tried custom module. but cant position the module to header like you guys have done in megadeal2 quickstart.
i want to cusotmize my magadeal2 blank template, just like you have done in megadeal2 quickstart template.

Accepted AnswerApology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is no direct or easy way to get those customized header and footer sections. You will need to recreate them manually.
Here’s the process you can follow:
- Install the Quickstart package on your local computer or a test environment.
- Export the template settings from the Quickstart and import them into your site.
- For the SP Page Builder module used in the footer section, export the Page Builder layout from the Quickstart site, then create an SP Page Builder module on your site and import that layout.
This will help you replicate the same header and footer setup as seen in the MegaDeal II Quickstart package.

this is the customized layout change i did, i added to 'position 8' (which is on top of all),, but still it shows here i want to move it to top of the page.. advice how i can do that.. see below screenshot
