DB Field 'extension' In Table Sppagebuilder Went Empty After FE-change

Hi, Version 5.1.1 under joomla 3.10.11 makes the 'extension' column in the 'sppagebuilder' table empty after a change is made in the frontend. If I return value (com_sppagebuilder) to the field directly via PHPMYADMIN it works again until the next change.
