Bug: Text Editor Styles Popup is Not Possible To Close

Please fix this error, text editor popup is not possible to close when you forget to click on the three dots again. https://www.veed.io/view/e21ce40e-50a2-4a35-a6be-32e276887219?panel=share

The popup should close when you click outside it.

This error goes back many versions, at least a year.
