I have reinstalled the package twice and keeep getting the same errors
Warning : Undefined property: Joomla\CMS\Table\Update::$element in /home2/joomla4/UFAR4ZXS/htdocs/indego/libraries/src/Table/Update.php on line 66
Data base error Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id.
I Cannot acces much in the back end i just keep getting An error has occurred. 0 Error loading form file

Sorry for your issue.
I have just checked and you are using PHP 8.1 version there. Kindly, use PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0 for now as the template support PHP 8.0 maximum. Sorry about that, but we will provide higher PHP support soon.
