Adding Some Position On Top Of Website Without Predifined Header

Im trying to create an expansible content on top of header - not using predifinded headers - but the content appear to be hide by the logo and menu headers

rashida, i´m perfeclty know how to add a new position in helix, and helix ultimate in our case, template create the new position but is hided by the logo and the menu the template that we use is a modification of stellar as we not use the default headers
