Top Bar Always Displayed

I am using the Helix Ultimate template. How do I have the top bar always displayed? I do not want it to disappear when I scroll down the page.

Hi Tom,

by default it's not possible, you have to use Custom CSS this time. It may not be so easy, becuase changes must be added to both header and top-bar.
