Top Bar Not Displayed

When I create a new menu (joomla article) the top bar is not displayed (Helix ultimate). When i create an iframe menu the top bar is displayed.

Accepted AnswerSP Page Builder is not an issue here. You cannot use it with Helix Ultimate.
Please accept the answer that helped you. It will be then easier to find the solution for the other users with the same issue. There is a button to accept answer after each comment.
