List Of Articles Fron A Category

SP Page Builder 2 years ago

HI, I upgraded to Joomla 4 using a trial website. In previous versions up to 3.9, I always used K2 for Joomla integrated with SP Page Builder Pro. Now, in J4/J5, K2 cannot be installed as it is not compatible, so I limited myself to flagging the SPB integration with Joomla. In previous versions I could click on an image (Feature Box in SPB) and list all the articles of a specific category in a Blog layout (you can see on www.miniguideturistiche.it) The template is Travelia by Joomshaper on both sites (production and test).

Having now only joomla articles (no K2) in the new test website, this functionality does not work and I would like to know how to replicate the same behavior. You can see the error at https://mgt.sviluppo.host/index.php by clicking on Europe (scrolling down to the right).

Hoping to have been clear, I thank you in advance for your availability and courtesy. Thank you

Stefano Codarini

Ciao, If I may,....

You have to create a menu item(s) with blog view for each category (Joomla Articles) this is the only way to get nice looking blog view with gird. Then you can use that alias in links.

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Before migrate your site you have to make sure that all of your extensions are compatible with the Joomla 4. K2 isn't ready for the Joomla 4.

-Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I knew that K2 was not compatible with J4 and for this reason I decided not to use it anymore and I am trying to only use SPB and Joomla. However, I can't understand how to show the articles of a category in a blog format from SPB by clicking on an image.

Clicking by images means? Can you share a screenshot?
