Joomshaper Contact Us Forms Never Seem To Work Out The Box

Hi i seem to constantly get an issue where when i setup joomla mailer and do i test i get it however when i setup the contact form it never works until i get one of you mods / admins to fix it. If possible could you advise what the fix is so i can do it and not pester you
Perhaps its my host server but again is it possible for someone to look at this, template is Investa
