EasyStore - Lite Or Free For Local Development Server !?

Hello, may I raise a suggestion for your new store extension? For me as a freelancer and self-employed webworker it is really hard to effort each and every extension. I mean, upfront. Before any real client project.
I know other extensions and even entire CMSs which offer a restricted lite version or an entire free version that only runs on a .local .dev server.
A pretty neat solution and a great opportunity to get familiar with a complex product. The better I know something, the better I can offer my services and expertise.
Don't get me wrong, I'am sure your product is worth every penny! But for a one-man-show it is impossible to buy everything upfront. However I would like to be prepared for every potential client and inquiry. I guess the same applies to many (small) webworkers out there.
What do you think? Is this a possible solution for you too? Technically feasable?

In order to maintain the quality of our product and continue to invest in its improvement, we cannot offer a free version at this time. There is one option if you have template subscription. You can try our two latest template quickstarts - Jewels and Allura. Both are made with EasyStore and will give you a clear idea about the product. Install the quickstart on localhost or on your hosting and try it.

As @Pavel said in a previous post, the templates are only used by novice users, they do not have updates, therefore many of us only use Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder Pro. The new pricing policy is designed to force us to use EasyStore , without testing it, without being able to evaluate its SEO performance. You ask us to trust you, but old clients like me know how bad we have had with the developments of Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder Pro, not asking to serve our clients because the products were not finished. During these long years you did not apply a price reduction. EasyStore doesn't look bad, but you want to force us to buy it without trying it. We trusted your bad moments in the updates and now you don't trust. I only ask that you listen to us a little and that you do not make your plans with your back to the users, because we all know that in the past you have made many mistakes.
