Helix Update To Version 2.0.16 From 2.0.15 Error

I am using Joomla version 4.4.0 and there was update for pending for shaper_helixultimate. I have never seen this one before. When i tested, it shows an error. Please refer to screen shot below:
Please assist.

Apology for the inconvenience. It will be fixed soon. Meanwhile, you can download the latest version from our site and install it on yours. It will update the template.

The funny thing there was another update together with this one which happens to be the "plugin". I updated "plugin" but did not update the "template". Is that is that OK? This is what i got initially:
As per your advise, what do i install? The template only after downloading?

Make classic update, just download new Helix Ultimate template and install it.
Two Steps:

Download: www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/helixultimate - In Joomla Admin > Extensions: Install template package.

You answer is not acceptable. By doing what you are requesting i am by-passing the Joomla core function. This is a bug with Joomshaper and must be fixed.
I reinstalled the previous version of my site and this time there was a new update to version 2.0.17 was available. So i updated. Follow the steps below and see what resulted (for you information i did your 2 step advice too) :
(1) Initial Extension Update Page
(2) After Updating System - Helix Ultimate Framework Extension
(3) After Updating shaper_helixultimate extension
(4) Select a SPPB Page to Preview
(5) Preview of Page Displays Rubbish
