This is not our product issue. Please check the screenshot. You need to contact your hosting provider.

Hello, But it doesn't do the UPDATE, the site crashes as you see in the second image when it starts doing the UPDATE.

This is the message:

Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from. The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

??

Hello ISABEL MATO LOPEZ, i have seen this error one time before on my testside. I played around with the database or copied another database into the folder and Joomla didnt liked that.

Maybe you did something like this?

Hello,

thanks for answer, but it is not the case. I just try to update the site and after a while, the server responds with that error and does not continue. 🤷

Then try the manual Update. Download SPPB 5.1.6 from this side and then Use System -> Install -> Extensions -> Upload Package File -> Drop the zip file here

But before make a Backup of your side!

:)

I've already tried it! equal result.

I wonder if it would be a solution to unzip the update directly into the Joomla root directory, but I imagine not, since I assume that the installer will make modifications to the database.
