I offer you the Ukrainian language for EasyStore. The localization files were translated by me personally, all word forms were proofread and correspond to the living Ukrainian language.

Q: You based them on EasyStore version 1.0 or 1.1 or 1.2 ??

I don't know which version I had. This is the version that comes with the template - ALLURA, which is available for download right now. If you need translations in Russian and Ukrainian for new versions, just send me the files (English version) or missing constants to my email, I will translate. No problem.
But it wouldn’t be bad if you downloaded these archives and posted them somewhere. I do not guarantee that they will remain available for download for a long time.
