How To Enable Page Title To The Default Login Menu Links

I set enable login in the basic -> header settings. This puts a user login in the main menu along with a profile and logout link. How can I enable Page Title for these menu items?

You can create a hidden login menu item, turn on page title.

I created the hidden login menu item and turned on page title but that didn't work.
