Indigo Template: Error 3685 Illegal argument to a regular expression.

: json_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in C:\Users\xxx\Downloads\Bearsampp\www\mysite\templates\indigo\error.php on line 48

Before updating the components, joomla version, template and php, I'm trying to bring the site local. But I get this error in the frontend, what can I do?
