Unhandled Runtime Error TypeError

Hello, after updating the PB, the following problem occurs in the backend for some PB elements. Unhandled runtime error TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'external_plugins'). Please open the browser console for more information! I need a solution for this problem!

All elements and joomla are actual. PHP is 8.2

Accepted AnswerI´ve got the same problem. Using "investa" Template on 5.0.0 and PHP 8.2

Apology for the inconvenience. Please downgrade to PHP 8.0 and check the issue. We have not tested the template with PHP 8.2 yet. It will be made compatible very soon.

Accepted AnswerHello, I have downgraded the PHP version to 8.0. The page won't load with the message: "Your host must be using PHP version 8.1.0 or newer to run this version of Joomla! I have set PHP to 8.1. The page loads the pagebuilder in the frontend, but the editor windows are not visible or are not loaded. In the backend the pagebuilder can be loaded, but there are problems with some elements. The following message appears, Unhandled runtime error TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'external_plugins')

Accepted AnswerUnfortunately, it still doesn't work. All pages that have been migrated to Joomla 5 must run on PHP 8.1. This is set. This template and others still bring the mentioned error message. I urgently need a fix or workaround. At the moment I cannot work with these pages.

You have to downgrade to PHP 8.0 and Joomla 4. You cannot use Joomla 5 as the template is not compatible yet. Also, Joomla 5 needs minimum PHP 8.1 to run.
