Kidzy Template Menu Not Working Properly

Hi Joomshaper Team, unfortunately the menu on kidzy does not work properly https://neu.fino-fleur-kinderladen.de/
- computer: you cannot click the menu items properly
- mobile: submenus not working
Versions:
- joomla 3.9.23
- kidzy template: 2.2, installed also the update from 2019
- pagebuilder: 3.7.8 newest
- php-version: 7.3 (tested also 5.6, 7.1 and 7.2)
Do you have any idea? This is the first time I am asking support, normally I can help myself.

Your menu is working now. I have added a CSS in Custom Code -> Custom CSS. You can delete sp-top-bar from the layout too. Then you do not need the CSS.
