Hello JS, i have created a store using EasyStore, i created categories and sub categories , i however noticed the sub-categories do not display on the store front, please see screenshot in this link : https://snipboard.io/PN3p2s.jpg

i tried to see if there is a way to enable the display of subcategory menus but to no avail, please help me!

Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

Oh yea, i just did and it worked !

but please can you try test the checkout on the site using the PayPal option? i noticed the paypal stopped working ever since the update , it just keeps freezing and wont load the paypal interface and it was working fine before the update !

Hello Ofi Khan, i just checked again with PayPal, Stripe and Mollie , none is connecting to the site, they are all freezing and never loading the checkout.

please help!

Have you set your email in the Global Configuration -> Server settings? If not, then set it. Then check the issue.

Sorry, sub-categories are not shown in the filter. Only categories are shown.

Thank you Ofi Khan for the feedback, okay but i just thought a typical ecommerce shopping cart system should allow sub catergories to be created and displayed, Hika shop does, Woocommerce does, Virtuemart does, even j2store does, i would suggest Joomshapers consider the sub-category display feature as well.

But please note that i have created several main categories but only 3 categories are displaying.

please help check the site for me Ofi Khan, i will drop the credentials in private post.

Hello Ofi Khan, another issues with same site please; the the Stripe Payment Gateway is not loading at checkout despite configuring and adding the LIVE Secret Key.

kindly help check pls, maybe i made a mistake somewhere in the stripe configs .

Hello Ofi Khan, thank you for the update , the main categories are displaying now , however the settings of the EasyStore is displaying errors once you click on it.

  2. The Payment Gateways that worked before have all stopped working, keeps freezing at checkout, looks like checkout does not connect to payment gateways:[https://snipboard.io/Rd8mI6.jpg]

please help, i am really under pressure right now.
