Does this mean there is no solution and I must use a Joomla 5 compatible template?

Hi

Thanks for contacting us and sorry about your issue, Themis is not compatible with Joomla 5 yet, which is why you have faced this issue. It is highly recommended not to upgrade this template till any official news. Please wait till then when this template will be ready for Joomla 5 then you can update it.
