Hi,

I've recieved the warning to be aware of the end of my subscription plan, but in the meantime I'm waiting for a reply for weeks on this forum topic: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/26992

This topic is inf fact Its opened for more than a month. Its bad for us as clients to be waiting for a support for so long, because I'm sure you won't extend my licence for 1 month for free.

Waiting is what I've been doing for the past month. My Joomshapper subscription is about to end in 10 days. The support team is waiting for that time to be available to help me?

Sorry but this is unacceptable.

And then sometime the team member ask us to give positive testimonials about the product or services they provide?! Maybe is time to start thinking seriously about the sustainability of your support service

Hello Rashida! I just wanted to say I am experiencing the same problem as well. My subscription will be ending soon and I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response. At this rate, if your response rate is any testament, my subscription will end before I receive help. I wonder if they will honor my request if I don't resubscribe.

I have used Joomshaper products for years and this is the first time I have ever had this much trouble getting support.

I have a lot of pages using Page Builder and it sure would be a shame to have to switch to another page builder.

Hi Rashida, I've still open the ticket without a solution?

are the agents waiting for the end of my subscription? It will be necessary a bad comment/ feedback to your products?

Sorry but this is too much and is not supposed in a support forum where people are paying
