Helix Ultimate: How To Create Custom Header?

I want to create a new site with helix ultimate but need a custom header with more rows and columns. There should be placed  logo, a button, text, search field, menu and a module.

Is there a documentation or an example how to do this?

please always start from Helix Docs before asking here :)

At least one example should be in youtube.
