Face the truth, you can't keep up with the updates because you are only chasing the bugs in your products. And since Easystore it has only got worse. That's what happens when you release half-finished and not fully thought-out products.

And now you've got to the point where you're begging for ratings that you don't deserve anymore.

Somehow you have been so blinded by your success in the first years of your existence that you have lost touch with the ground. As is so often the case, you too have stood still on your success and have not realised that there is always more to come and that you have to be at least one step ahead. At the moment, you are more like 10 steps behind. Your reputation was damaged by the hasty release of SPPB 4 back then. You made exactly the same mistake with Easystore. If you continue like this, you will eventually disappear into the mediocrity of providers.

I know that's harsh criticism, which you don't like, but sometimes harsh criticism is the only way to wake up from your bubble and realise that you have to make some changes in order to survive. You were once pioneers in your industry. Call on them again.

I hope you see this criticism as a wake-up call and not as a destructive statement. It would be a real shame if Jooshaper were to disappear. A true SPPB user
