Changes have No Effect Since PB 5.x

I have a site with pages created with PB 3.x.
Now I have last PB 5.19 installed. When I make changes for example changing/removing the background of an image or change inner or outer distance this changes have no effect. I have to remove the addon and recreate.
Cache is cleaned, site reloaded.
You can see in block 'FAQ', right image. 4 coloured blocks with webdesign, Beratung, ... too. If you change the distance this has no effect.

In your screenshot there is no color entered, but background is red???
I tried now to set the backgroun dto white, this seems to work but why can't I set Background to none?
I tried this but no change again. I am not able to remove the background colour without deleteing the column and recreate.
The space between the 4 boxes below the first big image, have still no distance.

Accepted AnswerI got it now sorry for the delay, maybe some other CSS conflict that background color that's why when you set background to none its showing that color here. But as you set it by using white color its also working in that case.
Do you want it like this then use this custom css in your custom.css file

Accepted AnswerRegarding the background: As I wrote at beginning, I must delete the column and recreate. Than background 'None' effects. Other changes had no effect until deleting the columns, too.
Regarding 4 coloured blocks: I think thats the same problem like above.

Accepted AnswerI want to set the margin between the blocks inside pagebuilder inmstead of css again. Therefor I have a pagebuilder.
The transparent image without background I want to set without removing and adding again.
