Helix ultimate 2.0.17

impossible to apply a transparent background color to the #sp-header (whatever I do, I always have a white background) and in preset1.css, I cannot apply rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) for example

sp-header .header-sticky is OK (black background)

I cleared the browser cache

Can you help me please . I have the same problem on Helix3 (always a white background)

where is the website link to see? but perhaps, you can just throw an !important at the end of the css rule?
