Helix ultimate 2.0.17
impossible to apply a transparent background color to the #sp-header (whatever I do, I always have a white background) and in preset1.css, I cannot apply rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) for example
sp-header .header-sticky is OK (black background)
I cleared the browser cache
Can you help me please . I have the same problem on Helix3 (always a white background)

I don't know your HTML + CSS expirence, but header is in separate row, so even if you will set to be transparent, it will not show your background image. It request extra step with component row.
I think the problem is with website cache, becuase changes in Template Options are not presented so quicky as it should be.
Please do NOT use Helix3 and Helix Ultimate on that same site! Uninstall Helix3 and its plugins.
Helix3 is a OLD framework, we don't recommend using it for new sites.
