Dynamically Hide A Section

Is there anyway for a section to dynamically hide? For instance, I made a section with 1 joomla module (Featured Article). My thoughts are when there are no "Featured" articles, this section HIDEs from the site. When I create a "Featured" article it displays. 5.2.1 SP B

we don't such a solution, but you can write your own custom code for that purpose.
Or Inside that row and addon remove all top/bottom margins and paddings so even if addon empty, no extra space would be displayed.
That's all I can suggest by now.
