Dear Joomshapers, please what is the rationale behind forcing me to buy another subscription when i still have an active subscription plan that entittles me to support for templates & extensions?

i have 3 sites i installed Alura, Jewels quickstart packages on, the 3 sites have issues with the EasyStore that came with the templates (quickstart).

i already have built the sites and added products only the discover the templates were plagues with issues , i have been lodging these complaints for over 2weeks now and issues still persist. the problem is with the old versions of EasyStores, support told me the new version will solve the issue and same support is telling me to buy another subscription of EasyStore just to solve the problem. i sincerely do not think this is fair because i have an active subscription that entitles me to support, why would i buy another subscription again when i do not have a budget for that ?

these are my resolves:

  1. Fix my issues ASAP my active subscription entitles me to it or

  2. Update the easy store extension for me , i have given the login credentails for the 3 sites in private space or

  3. convert my Active Plan to EasyStore Plan Subscrition since it has not expired so i can download the EasyStore V1.0.5 and use it to fix the issues since you guys are not willin g to help me update the templates, (i still have until May 2024 before my subscription expires).

just help do whatever works to get my issues solved ASAP but please do not force me to purchase another subscription now as i do not have any budgets for it and my current subscription is very much active .

refusing to fix a customers issues and forcing the customer to buy another subscription when the same customer have an active subscription already is just so unfair of joomshapers to say the least!

so what is the point having an active subsrption if i am not getting value from it? there is such a thing called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and i am currently not getting it from you guys,

i am honestly regretting this whole thing already!

please FIX MY ISSUES !!!

I have checked your subscription. I can add EasyStore Personal plan and you will get 4 months time. Personal plan will be removed. Let me know if you want this.

okay , i think this would be fair enough, please add the EasyStore Plan and remove the Personal Plan, i will appreciate if you do this ASAP and let me know once you achieve this.

I have added an EasyStore Personal plan with 5 months validity. Hopefully, you will like the new product and renew it after the expiry.

You can now download EasyStore. Download and install the latest version on your site. Your issues will be gone.

hi Ofi khan, yes i saw the adjustment you made in the plan, i have downloaded, uploaded, cleared cache and the issues are GONE!!

sure i am going to renew at the expiration, i am an old customer of JS and i think EasyStore is a great Ecommerce extension for Joomla though previous versions were plageued with bugs , the new version 1.0.5 works fine .
