SP Page Builder Not Showing All The Pages (SP Page Builder Pages Option)

SP Page Builder 1 year ago

Hi. After updating Joomla to version 4.4.1 and updating SP Page Builder to version 5.2.1 just a few pages can be viewed and edited (list of pages is incomplete). I updated SP Page Builder previosly to the Joomla update, and after seeing the error, I reinstalled SP Page Builder again but the problem is still there.

In addition, when I try to search any name of a known page, not all pages are listed. So the search doesn't works too.

In SP Page Builder pages search (when I try to make a search or change ordering for instance) sometimes the error "Request failed with status code 500" appears.

Hi. I sent you the access credentials a few days ago. Do you have any update about this issue? We can't edit the pages that we need so we can't update the content of our site.

Tried to add this code inside on your .htaccess file. But, permission denied. Please add this code inside the .htaccess file and clean Joomla cache then create a page and check again.

# DISABLE CACHING
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Cache-Control "no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"
Header set Pragma "no-cache"
Header set Expires 0
</IfModule>

Hi. I've added the code to the htaccess file, cleaned cache and I've created a new page, a 500 error was shown after the page creation. Still not working, I can't see the complete list of pages. I tried removing the new page, cleaning cache again and it didn't work.

On the other hand, I don't know if this information can help you, but when I try to search any text of a page name that exists, initially I can't see all the pages (normally I have 4 pages, for 4 languages), but if I change the number of results to display (5, 10, 15, 20, ... 200, 500) I can see all the 4 pages.

Hi, I apologize, I don't really understand what I have to ask to my hosting provider. I've been searching for any information about the error shown at your screenshot but I'm not sure if the error is connected with a permissions issue or a PHP version issue. Could you tell what I have to ask them? Thanks.
