Can you share site URL with access (only to login on front-end).
I cannot reproduce that on my demo site. Maybe extra video link, please.
Becuase that area is NOT displayed on mobile view
so to have extra menu in Mobile view - you have to publish extra menu module in "offcanvas" or "offcanvas modules" position.
